What is the age range for each series?
All of our series are currently written with children ages 5–9 in mind. Younger readers may need some adult assistance depending on their reading level, while older children in this range can often enjoy the experience more independently.
What if I am gifting this to a child?
These make wonderful gifts! Simply enter the child’s name and address in the delivery address at checkout so the letter is addressed directly to them.
What exactly does my subscription include?
Each bi-weekly delivery includes a handwritten-style letter from a curious character, a hands-on activity to spark imagination, and several small keepsakes to treasure. Every piece of artwork is created by a human artist.
Can I include multiple names on the envelope if my children are sharing the letters?
Yes. Simply include all names in the “Name” section when submitting the delivery address.
When will the first letter be delivered?
We operate on a biweekly schedule. Your first letter may be sent as soon as the next day, but it will be sent within two weeks at the latest.
Who makes the artwork?
Every illustration is created by real, human artist (aka Maria). We collaborate to craft artwork that feels warm, detailed, and full of life, so each letter feels like a keepsake rather than something mass-produced.
